About this service
The Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) is a digital health identifier within the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. LEGAL CENTRE provides private assistance for understanding the account-creation steps, preparing identity/contact information and navigating the authorised ABHA workflow.
ABHA is separate from PM-JAY benefit eligibility. Creating an ABHA does not itself guarantee health-insurance or treatment benefits. Health-record sharing should occur only with the individual's informed consent.
Individuals who wish to create or understand an ABHA can use this assistance subject to the identity-authentication methods and current official ABDM rules.
Documents

No health records are required merely to understand or start ABHA creation
LEGAL CENTRE is not the National Health Authority or ABDM. We provide administrative assistance only and do not provide medical advice. The applicant should personally control consent for sharing health records. Never share Aadhaar OTPs, app PINs, passwords or authentication codes with our team.
Frequently asked questions
Is ABHA the same as an Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY card?
No. ABHA is a digital health account/identifier, while PM-JAY benefit eligibility and Ayushman cards relate to a separate health-assurance scheme.
Does creating ABHA make me eligible for free treatment?
No. ABHA creation by itself does not determine PM-JAY or other scheme eligibility.
Should I share my Aadhaar OTP with you?
No. OTPs, PINs and passwords must never be shared with LEGAL CENTRE.
